returns@gbt-tech.co.uk on the 6th Dec as directed by officials on this forum and included full details and a copy of my invoice.
But I've not received any feedback yet.
I also tried the 'global technical service' but that seems worse than useless
How long does it take to get a RMA to get issued?
I'm currently ill and I need a computer to do what little work I can do.
UPDATE: Seemingly because I added a .pdf attachment it went into their junk box and they didn't check their email junk boxes. Naughty gigabyte!
Still, I've been promised a RMA form soon.
