Incorrect Voltage Reading

Hy Guys...I have problem with incorrect Voltage Reading....
My pc:

CPU: Intel Celeron G1610/2.6Ghz/2MB/55W LGA1155
RAM: Apacer 2x2GB DDR3 1.5V Dual Channel
HDD/SSD: Western Digital 320GB/SSD Intel X25-M 160GB (Primary)
GPU: Intel HD2500 Graphics
MB: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D2V (Bios F5)
PSU: Xilence 600W

I change my PSU couple times....

That is normal for hardware monitor. I have 3 separate systems and it reads pretty much the same as your does on each one intel and amd and all gigabyte boards.

One of my systems is the Soc force and I can read all voltages thru pins on the board so I know it is a problem with that software.
