Hello, How Do I Set The Timings and Memory Speed To Achieve 1066Mhz.

I have bought : OCZ Gold Edition 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 Dual Channel (OCZ2G10664GK) [OCZ2G10664GK].

The Motherboard I Have Is : GA-MA770-UD3 . . .

EDIT: I Set The CL 5-6-6-18 Settings In Motherboard To Those Timings. However, How Do I Change The Memory Speed. It doesnt allow me to enter manual value of 1066Mhz

Take a look in BIOS in Advanced options or M.I.T, you should find something there, regarding this, DDR multiplier should be set to 5.33 (I guess now it's on 4.00)

I did that and I got 1066 but I then put my CPU frequency to 217 because that's eat I had n then I pressed f10 n now it's giving me long beeps continuously

EDIT: Now I am Trying To Clear The CMOS But I Dont Have Three Pin thing where I can put the jumper and Battery wouldnt come out even though I pull the small switch to side

You should use your CPU at stock speed, at 1066 MHz DDR (if it doesn't have unlocked multiplier). If you want to overclock, put the DRR back to 800 MHz, and then increase CPU clock. You should be able to reset BIOS by pulling out the CMOS battery for couple of seconds.

I have AMD Phenom 965 BE 3.4Ghz | What happend was I normally run the computer at 3.7Ghz and before I had ram of 800Mhz which was automatically set to 860Mhz. After, I installed this ram yesterday and set it to 1066Mhz, I again put my CPU Frequency to 217 x 17 from  200 x 17 and the ram frequency got set from 1066 to something 1156 automatically and I saved the info into CMOS, cos I thought its automatic overclocking of ram. Now my system would just not boot :

* Nothing is displayed on the screen
* Long Continous Beeps are coming from the computer

The CMOS battery just wouldnt come out I pressed the clip so hard still just stays there... For "CLR_CMOS" I have two pins so I dont know if an jumper would work or not.

You can use a small metal piece like a butter knife to jump the jumpers. You have a black edition set the ram to 1066 then only use multiplier to oc cpu. Do not use fsb to OC. You over did your ram. If you still want to OC the fsb then loosen the timings of your ram. But honestly it will run better and faster at 1066 with just cpu multi overclocked with your timings then if you loosen timings to say 7-7-7.  Make sure it is runnning unganged and dual channel and you will be pleased with it.

It beeps because RAM cannot work on that frequency. On the MB, near the CMOS battery you should have two pins for CMOS reset. Use something metallic or a screwdriver to link those pins for a couple of seconds. After that, BIOS should have default settings and system should start.

You Mean to touch the screwdriver to the two pins... Bdw, Has my memory defected it self ?

Yes, you need to touch those two pins in the same time. Your memory is fine, all you need to do is to clear the CMOS, and your system will start with the default settings.

You will also need to change the voltage of the ram to 2.1v (+0.3) as 1066mhz ram ned this to work not the standard 1.8v

I had to do this with mine to get it as 1066
