How do I recover my old Gigabyte GA-K8NS rev 2.0 after incidental flashing?

I've got old mobo Gigabyte in my home, its Gigabyte GA-K8NS rev 2.0, it used by my nephew to play some child games, never used anything except main os (windows xp x86) with game installed. There's no floppy disk, 2 GB ram, 1 SATA disk (Seagate) capacity 80 GB with one DVD rom.  Last nigh when I want to copy some data into my usb stick, the electricity down, it's about 2 hours so I go outside for a while. When the electricity turn on, I've get back to my room but I was surprised that my nephew who dont know anything had turn on the pc, n the horrible things it boot from my usb stick that contain bootable flashing for other manufactured (I guess it's acer if I'm not wrong). The bad flashing caused my mobo dead, blank, but the power still on, the dvd rom still work but it had no display at all to the monitor. So I check the manual, download the bios file from gigabyte site, but I confused how to recover it cuz there's no floppy there. It's award bios, but when I see the flash utility it used ami bios, so how to recover the mobo? Used ami bios or award methode? Can the recovery flashing bios used another device such as usb stick or dvd rom? Any help will be apreciated.

First of all I am surprised that the BIOS actually accepted a different BIOS update file, normally it checks first. Anyway use you USB pendrive to do the BIOS re-flash.
In case you don't know the proceedure I have listed it for you.

The first thing to do is go to the Gigabyte wesite and find the "Support and Downloads" section(http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/support-downloads.aspx).
Select your motherboard and revision number which can be found printed on the bottom left corner of the motherboard. Click on the BIOS tab. This will take you to the BIOS versions download page. The newest BIOS versions are at the top of the page. Click on your region under the Download Here section heading. A box will then pop up asking what you want to do with this file. Click on "save" and note where you are saving it to.

Take a USB pendrive and make sure it is formatted with a FAT32 file system. Unzip the file that you downloaded to the Boot sector of this drive and insert the pendrive into a USB port.

Re-boot.

Press the"End" key as it is POSTing and you will be taken into the BIOS flashing utility "Q-Flash". From there just follow the prompts and DO NOT TURN OFF THE POWER under any circumstances. It will look for the pendrive with the file on it and use that to update the BIOS. Believe me it is not as difficult as it sounds.

Thx Dark Mantis, yes I know I was surprised that too, I didn't want to flash this old mobo, the usb pen drive it used by my friend yesterday ago for updating his mobo bios. Hmm, just copying the file to usb pen drive right? But what I know Gigabyte GA-K8NS rev 2.0 it doesn't have dual bios, the methode is still the same? Do I have to unplug other device such as HDD & my DVD rom too? There's no display at all, no bios routine such as checking ram, hdd n else, totally blank but the power is on, n everything's work only no display to the monitor!

No just follow the instructions. It won't make any difference whether it is single or dual BIOS from your point of view. It will either work or not but you will have to try it to see.

I am afraid if you have alread turned off the power after the update it definitley will not work. Very much a longshot but you could try just clearing the CMOS and letting the power drain from the system by removing the battery for a few minutes, replace it and try again. I don't honestly think it will work but nothing lost. The only other thing is a replacement BIOS chip, or factory reflash.
