I got the same problem. same board and guess what? D processor .
Go disable cpu features from the advance bios feature. Intel speed (called c1e and the c2/c2e) step must be disable to instal windows its a bug of D proc.
after instalation done (first boot 2) you may activate back. good luck!!!
Can anyone with the same problem corroborate the fix as working in all cases ?
