Z87X-OC BIOS F4 problem with Vertex 3 SSD

As on topic , on old F3 bios my SSD works full speed :

With F4 ... cut it to 50 % ( i back to old bios so cant post results atm )
Beside that is any chance to Gigabyte add suport full HD resolution on BIOS ? As is works only on internal Haswell graphic atm.... When i set on my main graphich card (PCIE 1 ) graphic is ridiculous ...

System dont boot on my mb if i connect fan to FAN2 slot ... no clue why .. any help ? no mather fan ,, i connected like 4 different

another problems with F4

system dont boot in AHCI mode ... only boot in RAID mode ( the same HDD setup )

I have the same problem with my Patriot inferno120GB SSD. Had to buy a Samsung 250GB SSD for it to work in AHCI mode.

i forgot to add to all this is on Gigabyte Z87X-OC , and the funny thing is to OC version first bios missing ...OC settings ( which are in next bios )

SATA ports :

1 : OCZ Revodrive 3 SSD
2: WDC 500 Gb
3/4 : Seagate 250 Gb ( raid 0 set)
4 : iHAS124

Hello again
I have been update Bios to F4 again , and ... SSD work properly now so no clue whats is going on .
Maybe on first flashing bios was corrupted i dont know . Anyway now my SSD works correctly .

the only problems which i have atm is to still connect any Fan to SYS_AN 2 slot = system dont boot + fan not working at all 
and the display Bios on my GTX 580 and 28 '' full hd monitor i get like small window with BIOS main window with huge black borders around it  thats all , when i try use adjust resolution hot key i get info " 1920x1058 resolution is not supported atm" .The bios display properly only on internal intel graphic card .
