I just built a new machine with a Gigabyte Z77-D3H, Core i7 2600, 8GB RAM and Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. I have C: on a 120GB SATA2 SSD plus a 320GB and a 750GB SATA2 drive as well as a DVD burner. BIOs is dated 21/04/2012 (not sure which version as I can't reboot it right now).
The problem is when I put it to sleep and try to bring it out of sleep with a mouse-click or keystroke it restarts and then windows tells me the machine didn't shutdown properly.
My research has led me to believe it could be my BIOS that is not set to do S3 mode but I can't find it anywhere in the AMI bios on this mobo... can you please tell me where I set this up or how I can ensure my PC can sleep and wake successfully.
(Also, why does EasyTune 6 not work anymore? I installed and reinstalled about 3 times but it will not work on W7 64bit - THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.)
